- Orders for digital art services can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the work has not commenced.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@thegradienthub.com or our whatsapp number with your order details.
- Once the design process has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed and delivered.
- If you experience any technical issues with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
- Refunds will only be considered in cases where the product is not delivered as described or due to an error on our end.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
